Returns and Exchanges

The fastest and best way to resolve any issue is via email.

It is our desire that you be completely satisfied with your experience at Games4U-online.com. Therefore, if we made a mistake, we will fix it immediately. We will email you a return label if we sent the wrong product in error for you to return the incorrect product to us. We will ship you the correct product within 1 business day after being notified about our mistake.

Any products which are found to be faulty are eligible for a full refund. Any product for refund/exchange must be received within 14 days of original delivery. All products being returned must be securely packed to ensure the package is fully protected. Games4U-online.com will not be responsible for packaging negligence unless the item/s being returned was originally damaged.

Where a product has been opened, used and/or tested, and the product is not faulty, a refund cannot be given. Please choose carefully as we do not refund for “change of mind” purchases, however we happily exchange for incorrectly supplied products if a product is unopened, undamaged and in its original condition.

To receive a refund, the product must be unopened, unused, undamaged, clean and sent back to us with its original packaging. Buyers must provide the return shipping cost for returns or exchanges that are not a result of a mistake made by Games 4 U. All shipping costs are non-refundable. No refund, exchange or return policy applies to special offers, clearance offers or sale items.

Damage Exchange Request

Our apologies for the damaged or defective product. We do our best to ensure that the products we carry are of the best quality available. Please contact us via email to let us know about the damaged or defective product as soon as possible upon receipt. We will look at your request and work to get a replacement out to you ASAP and we will contact you with a Return number for you to return it to us if deemed necessary. We answer all email inquiries within 48 business hours. If you do not hear from us within that time frame please contact us again. Please remember to check your spam filter to make sure it hasn't snatched our reply.

In your email, please include your name, address, phone number, describe the damage/defect and, if possible, attach a digital picture of the damage (small file size please). In most cases, if we have a picture we can issue a replacement or refund right away. Many times there is no need to send the item back to us. We will make that determination and let you know. Invariably when an item is received damaged it's either a factory defect or has been damaged during shipping. A picture helps us communicate the error to the factory or shipping company so we can expedite your replacement order.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

We must be notified via email of any damage (or other problems) and have been provided with any and all additional information within 2 business days of you receiving your products.

If the package looks damaged upon delivery, inspect the package for damage before signing for the delivery. If the package is damaged but the merchandise looks unaffected, note the damage on all delivery receipts before signing. If the package is damaged to an extent the merchandise may be damaged, refuse delivery and contact us via email. If you find an item damaged after delivery, retain shipping carton and all packing material and contact Games4U-online.com immediately. Damaged goods may only be returned and exchanged for the same item. Once you have determined that the products shipped to you were received damaged, you need to notify us and the carrier (ie. UPS ,FedEx, or US Postal, etc.) within 2 days.

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

Within thirty (30) days of receiving your order, if any product proves to be defective, please contact us immediately. Please DO NOT return the product back without contacting us first via email and receiving a Return Number and the necessary return instructions. After receiving the defective merchandise, we will test it if need be, and we will ship back to you (at our expense) a non-defective replacement product.

COMMON ERRORS

Probably one of the most common errors are regarding the mistaken belief that your new card shuffler is defective. Please make sure without a doubt that your batteries are in correctly and that they are NEW batteries. If the batteries are in backwards the cards will shoot out of the shuffler instead of pulling them in. In addition, old, sticky playing cards do not work as well as new cards when using an automatic shuffler. Please make sure it’s not your old cards that are causing the problem prior to requesting an exchange.

If you need to return a product to us, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us via email to request a product return and/or refund. We will then give you a Return # that must be indicated on the package.
  2. Pack and seal the item/s in their original shipping package and post it back to us.
  3. Provided that we receive the products in their original UNUSED and UNOPENED condition, we will arrange for the original purchase price (excluding the original delivery fee) to be refunded to the original credit card or PayPal account. Please allow up to 14 days from the date we receive the returned goods for the refund to be processed.

If your order is returned to our office due to the supply of incorrect address, or it has not been collected from your local post office in time and it is returned to us, the customer is liable for any re-postage fees.

International Return Policy

Unfortunately, we do not offer a return policy for internationally shipped goods. Please be very specific in what you order as refunds and exchanges are not given. Once an order is shipped with a carrier, Games4U-online.com is not responsible for any damage or loss. We are also NOT responsible for taxes, duties, or clearance delays.
